Financial update 2020-2021
God provided Joseph and the Egyptians with seven years of plenty before seven years of famine descended on the Nile Valley (Genesis 41). And in the same way, He has also taken care of PBPC. We enjoy trustee ownership of a large facility, but we depend on rental and lease income to pay for it. As the County Covid shelter-in-place orders were rolled out, use of our building and its resulting income declined dramatically. We worked hard to reduce expenses as much as possible. Then, by God’s grace, we were able to receive a forgivable loan under the federal PPP program. Thank you, Lord! Rental and lease income is expected to remain very low for months to come. We rely heavily on your tithes and offerings to support our ministry, including our Pastor, our worship, our missions, and our facility operations.
